Policemen Force Woman to Urinate: “We Didn’t Look”

Friday, September 4th, 2009

forced-urination.jpg

A woman is accusing male police officers, who held her down and forced her to urinate for them, of a criminal human rights violation.

The woman, in her twenties, was taken into custody after causing a ruckus at her Osaka home. Police then obtained a warrant, and ordered the woman to urinate for them, with three male officers holding her down.

The woman launched a case against the police, alleging their procedure was an illegal violation of her human rights, and saying she “felt terror equivalent to that of rape.”

In their defence, they point out that one woman officer was watching as she was being restrained, and that “we turned away and that was enough.”

Analysis of her urine would demonstrate she was using stimulants at the time of her domestic rampage, with blood and urine samples being sufficient grounds for prosecution under Japan’s absurdly draconian drug laws.

Her counsel asserts that this evidence was obtained illegally, and so cannot form the basis of a prosecution.

Burglar: “Hitting Girls is Wrong, So I Raped Her”

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

bondage-bed-rape.jpg

A robber who broke into his female victim’s home and outraged her explains that he only raped her because “hitting girls is wrong.”

The 22-year-old man accused of the crime claims to have attempted to enter his victim’s residence in Aomori when she was out in order to rob her, but admits that he knew she was home when he broke in.

He subsequently assaulted and raped her.

His trial is ongoing, but the transcripts make interesting reading.

He explains why he was annoyed by his victim:

Prosecutor: “So, you strangled B-san didn’t you?”

Defendant: “Yes.”

Prosecutor: “You were annoyed by her demeanour?”

Defendant: “That’s right.”

Prosecutor: “What sort of demeanour was it?”

Defendant: “Just her overall attitude.”

Prosecutor: “How did you think she should behave to you?”

Defendant: “I didn’t think about it too much. I just didn’t like her attitude.”

Prosecutor: “She should be obedient, she should obey. Was that how you thought she should be?”

Defendant: “Maybe so.”

His victim alleges he broke in, telling her “You’ve got an attitude, you do. You’ll pay with your body!” and threatening to kill her if she did not strip off. He would bind and violate her in a manner which left her fearing for her life.

In total, he stole just over ¥500 from her.

His excuse for raping her is unusual:

Prosecutor: “Your aim was to rob, yet you went so far as to rape her, why was this?”

Defendant: “Well, I got real angry. If I put things formally, she needed to be properly restrained.”

Prosecutor: “Restraint, was it? Just why did you select rape as the method of restraint?”

Defendant: “Kicking, hitting and punching a woman is something I was taught never, ever to do. So when I thought of a method to do it, other than that sort of violence, I thought of rape.”

Possibly his teaching was not as thorough as it might have been…

Japanese PM Calls For Thunderbirds!

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

thunderbirds.jpg

The incoming Japanese Prime Minister, Yukio Hatoyama, has suggested that Japan and the UN create a “Thunderbirds” military unit, referring to the classic puppet show.

His puzzling remark:

“A good idea came up. We should have the UN call for the creation of something like ‘Thunderbirds’.”

He was apparently referring to the creation of an international rescue force, using the Japanese armed forces, modelled on that of the TV series.

The DPJ has previously attracted attention for its comical ignorance of military affairs; a senior Diet member involved in a discussion on piracy in the waters off Somalia (the DPJ generally opposes any dispatch of Japanese forces overseas) famously had this to say earlier in the year:

“Well, I have seen ‘pirates’ in manga, but I don’t really get it. Have there really been any instances of pirates attacking Japanese ships?”

This politician, Kenji Hirata, is currently the secretary-general of the DPJ.

Extreme Loli Dancing

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

rin-dancing-petanko-unitard.jpg

Little girls energetically dancing or otherwise gymnastically exerting themselves have long been a TV favorite, and several examples of such quality programming are visible below.

Shanghai recently bore witness to a competition of talented loli dancers, even including some Japanese participants. Most performers were between ten and twelve years of age and danced in the hip-hop style, popular in Japan and beyond.

But this kind of competition is not merely limited to fancy and quasi-erotic dance moves done on stages in shady back rooms of East China.

Osaka was host to a national dance competition where the “Powerful Angels” could be seen dancing to Pekori Night. The youngest of them is eight years old while the rest are not much older:

The opposing dance troupe also knows the value of having loli dancers on their team.

Emotions run high and it appears many team members start crying come the conclusion of these events, small wonder given the age of the competitors.

Those preferring more well endowed and legal erotic dancing may instead care to take a look at the fruits of Nico

Japan’s First Lady: “I Was Abducted by Aliens!”

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

ufo-shoujo.jpg

Miyuki Hatoyama, the wife of Japan’s newly elected DPJ Prime Minister, claims she was abducted by aliens and taken to Venus, and was a friend of Tom Cruise in a previous life.

Her admissions come from a book she published recently, “Very Strange Things I’ve Encountered.”

The 62-year-old former dancer speaks of her alien abduction experience: “While my body was asleep, I think my soul rode on a triangular-shaped UFO and went to Venus,” she claims.

She describes the hellish pressure cooker of the Venusian surface: “It was a very beautiful place, and it was very green.”

In other remarks she claims “We’re all aliens!”

The eccentric first lady is also known for her interest in other crankery, such as the occult, macrobiotics and creating her own bizarre fashion ensembles, but it is her claims about having been a friend of top Scientologist poster-boy Tom Cruise in a past life which stand out in addition to her extraterrestrial travel.

She says in an interview given to UFO rag Mu that she knew him in a previous incarnation (when he was Japanese, of course), “I believe he’d get it if I said to him, ‘Long time no see’, when we meet.”

She hopes to make a movie with him.

She met her current husband and future PM whilst she was working at a Japanese restaurant in the US, and whilst he was studying at Stanford.

At that time she was still married to her first husband, but this apparently did not deter the pair; the PM even brags about his cuckoldry: “The average man chooses his mate from among unmarried women, I chose mine from among all women.”

Teacher Gropes Loli Oppai for 30 Minutes

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009

loli-breast-groping.jpg

A teacher has been arrested on suspicion of touching the breasts of a schoolgirl for over 30 minutes.

The 41-year-old teacher taught in a Miyazaki elementary school, where the incident occurred.

He is alleged to have spent no less than half an hour one afternoon after school feeling the breasts of a young girl in the school gymnasium, whose age has not been released so as to keep her identity secret, though she is described as an “infant.”

The girl told her mother, and a report to police was made.

He denies the assault, with there apparently being no other witnesses at this state, making this a case of his word against that of a little girl, all but a foregone conclusion.

Police have charged him with indecent assault, whilst educational authorities promise harsh punishment if he is found guilty.

Shota Pays $600 for Loli Toilet Sex

Tuesday, September 1st, 2009

schoolgirl-toilet-sex.jpg

A 14-year-old schoolboy has been arrested for child prostitution, after he paid $600 for sex with a 14-year-old schoolgirl in a public toilet.

The boy, a resident of Yokohama, used a BBS to arrange an encounter, posting “18, male. Kanagawa. Looking for a JC. I’m loaded so come,” with “JC” being the term for a middle-school girl in the well developed cant of schoolgirl prostitution.

A 14-year-old schoolgirl quickly scented his cash and agreed to the deal; the pair met at a public toilet, where the boy passed her ¥60,000 and had sex with her.

He apparently saved up his pocket money for the experience, explaining “I was curious about sex and I had the money so I did it.”

Police got wind of this and arrested him on charges of child prostitution.

Of course, the girl of the same age who offered herself for sale faces no charges and keeps the cash.

Vast numbers of Japanese schoolgirls and students engage in “enjo kousai,” despite efforts to drive them from the boards which are the main method of commercial intercourse.

Aside from the issue of how a boy can be charged with child prostitution for having paid sex for a girl his own age, and how she can evade any punishment, observers can’t help but note he paid massively over the odds

Lolicon Steals Loli, 100 Sukumizu

Monday, August 31st, 2009

mio-sugiyama-fault-sukumizu-tony.jpg

A lolicon who carried off a 6-year-old girl into a store toilet in order to have his way with her was subsequently found to have stolen 100 sukumizu.

The 22-year-old car mechanic, a resident of Miyagi prefecture, was arrested after he seized a six-year-old girl in a convenience store and took her into the store toilet, gagging her to keep her quiet.

Once in the toilet apparently all he proceeded to do was pick her up and hold her; police charged him with assault after his apprehension.

Once caught, a search of his home revealed over 100 sets of school issue swimwear, all stolen from local elementary schools.

He admits charges of breaking into the schools in order to steal the sukumizu, and has been charged with trespass and burglary.

DPJ Slaughter LDP in Election Landslide

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

rozen-aso-no-more.jpg

The Democratic Party of Japan has not unexpectedly crushed the ruling Liberal Democratic Party in an unprecedented landslide, ending their almost uninterrupted 50 year reign with a spectacular victory which sees them on track to seize 300 seats in the 480 seat Diet.

The forecast crushing defeat was widely predicted, with the government unable to control record levels of unemployment or deliver any convincing reforms after the loss of Koizumi; Rozen Aso’s endless gaffes and increasing unpopularity doubtless also contributed.

Political observers tie the scale of the defeat more to exasperation with the LDP’s incompetence and a desire for substantive political change than to any great enthusiasm for the DPJ itself, although as a basically unproven party it is not yet clear how they will perform.

Actual discussion of policies was given limited attention throughout the campaign, with emotional appeals instead being the campaigning mainstay.

The DPJ’s basic domestic policies are to curtail the overpowering influence of the civil service and introduce more benefits; it claims it can fund increases in spending without raising consumption tax, through savings on the bloated civil service bureaucracy.

It also claims it can introduce a $10 hourly minimum wage throughout the country (a substantial increase on prevailing lowlevel wages in many areas).

It has also stated its intent to prepare Japan to effectively receive more immigrants, in particular through allowing permanent residents to vote in local elections, though the LDP also notionally supported this.

Where international policy is concerned, it promises pro-China policies and a reduction in the US military forces stationed in Japan, though with no significant change in alignment.

Critics are intensely sceptical of its ability to fund any of its promised spending increases without increasing the tax burden, strangling private enterprise and further increasing the national debt.

The LDP itself has enjoyed near uninterrupted political power throughout the post-war period, though the existence of multiple competing factions within the LDP, in effect parties unto themselves, ensured an unorthodox form of opposition was present even if the actual opposition was unable to affect policies.

This system may very well have been shattered (though the DPJ has its own internal policy factions), although a lacklustre DPJ performance would likely quickly see the prior status quo reasserted; it seems the real hope of many voters is to see a substantially reformed LDP returned to contest future elections.
