The initial glimpse of upcoming gothic lolita vampire anime Dance in the Vampire Bund has finally been revealed, with Media Factory releasing a promotional teaser of the upcoming anime:
The supernatural thriller is an adaptation of the loli vampire manga by Nozomu Tamaki; the anime version will be by Shaft, with direction by eccentric director Akiyuki Shinbo.
Attention is being paid to how the more extreme elements of the survive the transition to anime…

A teacher has been arrested on suspicion of touching the breasts of a schoolgirl for over 30 minutes.
The 41-year-old teacher taught in a Miyazaki elementary school, where the incident occurred.
He is alleged to have spent no less than half an hour one afternoon after school feeling the breasts of a young girl in the school gymnasium, whose age has not been released so as to keep her identity secret, though she is described as an “infant.”
The girl told her mother, and a report to police was made.
He denies the assault, with there apparently being no other witnesses at this state, making this a case of his word against that of a little girl, all but a foregone conclusion.
Police have charged him with indecent assault, whilst educational authorities promise harsh punishment if he is found guilty.

A 14-year-old schoolboy has been arrested for child prostitution, after he paid $600 for sex with a 14-year-old schoolgirl in a public toilet.
The boy, a resident of Yokohama, used a BBS to arrange an encounter, posting “18, male. Kanagawa. Looking for a JC. I’m loaded so come,” with “JC” being the term for a middle-school girl in the well developed cant of schoolgirl prostitution.
A 14-year-old schoolgirl quickly scented his cash and agreed to the deal; the pair met at a public toilet, where the boy passed her ¥60,000 and had sex with her.
He apparently saved up his pocket money for the experience, explaining “I was curious about sex and I had the money so I did it.”
Police got wind of this and arrested him on charges of child prostitution.
Of course, the girl of the same age who offered herself for sale faces no charges and keeps the cash.
Vast numbers of Japanese schoolgirls and students engage in “enjo kousai,” despite efforts to drive them from the boards which are the main method of commercial intercourse.

A lolicon who carried off a 6-year-old girl into a store toilet in order to have his way with her was subsequently found to have stolen 100 sukumizu.
The 22-year-old car mechanic, a resident of Miyagi prefecture, was arrested after he seized a six-year-old girl in a convenience store and took her into the store toilet, gagging her to keep her quiet.
Once in the toilet apparently all he proceeded to do was pick her up and hold her; police charged him with assault after his apprehension.
Once caught, a search of his home revealed over 100 sets of school issue swimwear, all stolen from local elementary schools.
He admits charges of breaking into the schools in order to steal the sukumizu, and has been charged with trespass and burglary.

A 10-year-old girl who was married to an 80-year-old man by her father has been returned to her husband after running away.
The incident began with a Saudi Arabian father promising the elderly man (who denies he is 80) another, older daughter, but as she wanted to continue her schooling he instead opted to give the man his 10-year-old daughter.
The pair were wed in the time honoured and entirely legal Islamic tradition, but the bride somehow got loose and ended up with her aunt. Her father discovered her hiding there ten days later, and promptly returned her to her husband.
The girl’s new master is scathing of the family’s meddling:
“My marriage is not against Shariah. It included the elements of acceptance and response by the father of the bride. In light of this, her father offered his younger daughter. I was allowed to have a look at her according to Shariah and found her acceptable.”
Saudi Arabia’s fundamentalist Wahabi brand of Islam is particularly interested in defending the rights of men to wed small children, and such marriages are quite legal.
Child marriages are routine in a number of Islamic countries, where women are commonly accorded the status of slaves. Mohammed himself is notorious for having allegedly fully consummated his marriage with a girl of nine.

A lolicon religious maniac and convicted rapist kidnapped an 11-year-old girl and kept her imprisoned for 18 years as a loli sex slave, fathering two children by her.
Phillip Garrido, now 58, together with his wife, snatched 11-year-old Jaycee Lee Dugard from a street near Lake Tahoe in California in 1991 whilst her stepfather looked on. A manhunt ensued, but failed to find any trace of the girl.
He imprisoned her in a “compound” at his home in the Californian city of Antioch for 18 years, using her as a sex slave and keeping her discretely in a tent.
He would father two daughters by her, now 11 and 15, who he kept together with her in captivity. None of them would be given medical attention or be allowed to attend school, and lived in near complete isolation. It is not yet clear whether he availed himself of his daughters.
It appears Stockholm syndrome did its work, and soon his slave became obedient and made no attempt to escape her bondage.
Garrido himself had “started getting into this strange religious stuff” according to someone who knew him, and would frequent the city preaching and handing out fliers.
In recent years his fervency had increased, and he began reporting that god was talking to him through a box; on his blog he claimed to be able to “control sound with my mind and [I] have developed a device for others to witness this phenomena.”
The crime’s perpetrator only came to police attention when a police officer spotted Garrido preaching with his two daughters, and after questioning him reported him to his parole officer. Soon the crime unravelled as Garrido took his slave clan to the parole office, arousing suspicion which soon saw him admit to the kidnapping.
His slave and daughters have since been reunited with their family.
Police had apparently even visited his home previously, but never inspected the compound in which he imprisoned his slaves. He had several prior convictions for rape and kidnapping. Neighbours knew he was a convicted sex offender and kept their children away from him, but never saw any direct evidence of his loli harem.
Garrido has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, rape by force, lewd and lascivious acts with a minor, sexual penetration and conspiracy.
He is unrepentant:
“I tell you here’s the story of what took place at this house, and you’re going to be absolutely impressed. It’s a disgusting thing that took place from the end to the beginning. But I turned my life completely around.”

Two mothers have been arrested for selling the virginity of their young daughters online.
The Russian mothers heard virgin hunting men will pay top dollar for the opportunity to deflower a girl, and seeing that their daughters were virgins, they decided to take advantage of the opportunity.
One lady (42), “Maria,” managed to broker a price of 200,000 rubles ($6,000) for her 16-year-old daughter’s hymen, but the other lady (35), “Svetlana,” topped that, getting an offer of 400,000 ($12,000) for her 13-year-old.
Maria claimed she wanted the cash to pay off her debts, but was intending to put some aside for her daughter’s marriage. She lamented that were she not so old, she would restore her hymen and sell it herself.
Svetlana told police a sordid tale of incest and rape, saying her father raped her when she was but 12, and criminals violated her other daughter when she was 13; apparently she felt selling her daughter was not worth worrying about. Supposedly her daughter did not even know what sex was, let alone the fact that her mother was intent on delivering her up to a lolicon hymen hunter.
Neither mother expressed any concern about the welfare of their daughters.
The mothers each face a maximum sentence of 10 years.
