The second DVD edition of nopan anime Saki has had its marketing censorship removed, and an extensive comparison of the two has surfaced by way of 2ch.
The episodes are not high in their service quotient (the first DVD was slightly higher it seems), but innumerable subtle changes are apparent:

The cast of nopan mahjong anime Saki is explored in this gallery, though it might be more correct to say that it is Nodoka’s oppai and Yuuki’s lack thereof which is the real subject of interest, as such fanart as there is seems drawn magnetically to these two poles.

The sixth volume of nopan mahjong manga Saki has attracted much attention for its usual underplayed eroticism and lack of pantsu.
“Every day I’m sucking Nodo-chan’s breasts, so come summer it’ll be amazing…”
There appear to be some slight changes from the serialised version to the compiled edition, though nothing too major.
Fans going to buy the volume in Akihabara were greeted with this rather impressive display:
Nopan mahjong anime Saki has received its first DVD volume, and fan expectations of erotic upgrades have not been disappointed, though naturally many are hoping the series will go further in subsequent volumes…

Fans note that although steam and opacity seem to have receded, artful concealment of nipples still appears to be the rule.
Characters who wore no pantsu to start with are still wearing no pantsu, so in this respect there is no change.
