The anime is underway and due for a 2010 release, in what will certainly be ero-OVA format. It is being made by 37C, the studio responsible for Pico.
The manga original itself is by 柊柾葵 / Masaki Hiiragi, and chronicles the unfortunate life of Kuro-kun as he is sold into servitude to pay his father’s debts and subsequently forced to become the household maid at his new master’s mansion, with predictable results considering the genre.
Fans of such material will likely already be familiar with it, and those who are who will have some time to catch up on things. Others can simply marvel at the novelty of such an anime.
